Background

These are two virtual poster presentations given by undergraduate ACRU Trainees as part of a trainee skills development meeting. These posters were originally designed and previously presented as part of the trainees’ participation in the for-credit Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP, https://lsa.umich.edu/urop). Hannah Schafer’s presentation is focused on the ACRU Michigan Medicine Care Continuum findings. Hannah Yoon’s presentation is focused on findings related to the EPOC project, a collaborative effort by the ACRU and RAND.
