Margaret Greenwood-Ericksen is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of New Mexico. She is an emergency physician and health services researcher who studies health disparities in the quality and delivery of healthcare. Her career is focused on transformation of delivery and payment models to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations, with a focus on rural and the publicly insured. Through her secondary appointment in UNM’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department, she leads the policy evaluations for New Mexico’s Medicaid 1115 waiver.
